The 'Burj Dubai' is hoping to be the tallest building in the world when finished, and as you can see above.... it is pretty huge at the moment! Its basically like seeing 5 tower blocks on top of one another and they're still building!
3 weeks ago we moved into or new training facility which has spectacular views over Dubai creek, the Creek Golf Club and the Emirates Towers in the distance (Matching buildings behind the red roof which look like toblerone chocolate bars!!)
Unfortunately I'm not very good at this 'blogging' thing, and cant seem to get the pics to provide the panoramic shot I expected. Not a bad club house though!!
Slightly hazy day, but gives you an idea of the 'sand pit' I call home!

So what will they "do" in the building - is it offices - a hotel - flats? Do they have a super fast lift ? Quite funny to have to factor in a significant time to reach your front door to get out any where. Although presumably fine for you Tessa as you'd just hop out the window releasing a parachute just before hitting the ground!
